I'm 9weeks pregnant.It's a iui Pregnancy.my doctor advised not to have sex.but I'm getting orgasm in sleep without my knowledge.but i don't have cramps or bleeding after that.will this affect my baby in any way or lead to miscarriage?

Yes definitely  it can lead to uterine contraction and abortion.
