My period is late by three days and I have taken a pregnancy test today and it is negative..is it too early for me to take the test iam worried I have been taking treatment for pcos iam trying to conceive please help

What is your usual cycle length. Wait for few days and repeat test. Or you can do USG or blood tests. Consult gynecologist.
