I m 35 week pregnant. Suffering frm dengue..day before yesterday my platlets count was 2lac 2 thousand..started medication...and today it is 1 lac 50 thousand .fever n bodypain nhi ho ra h koi tklif nh bt platlets reduce ho gya...wat should I do...plz suggest
