Pregnancy issue
I had positive urine pregnancy test. Went for first check up and they ordered ultrasound scan and it showed no sac found early gestation.. my hcg level 600 in 5th week . follow up after 2 weeks within this period i had brown spotting and i went for 8th week scan it showed minimal retained products and blood in endometrium. No sac found. Doc told it will come out through bleeding... y is the sac not formed please help with this so that i can prevent this next month . She prescribed folic acid for 3 months and told to try conceiving. What is the cause of not sac forming . I didnt understand is baby formed or not??? Just embryo implanted in uterus without sac. Is this miscarriage or abortion??please help with this

It's a spontaneous abortion maybe the pregnancy wasn't good (blighted ovum)

Its miscarriage, dont worry just take iron and folic acid tablet and try to concieve.
