Considering your age; it is a good decision for you to have already started planning for a baby. Remember the chance of getting pregnant in a month is only about 20-25% which means it can take upto one year for 90% of couples to get pregnant.
Next Steps
Go for a preconception check for yourself as well as your spouse. It would be a good idea to also have a fertility check albeit not mandatory.
