Hello Doc,I'm 35 week pregnant now,my last growth scan done at April 9th Afi was 11, and yesterday doc suggested again growth scan and Afi reduced to 6 ,so doc suggested betsone infection and saline for alternative days for 3 days, I have gestional diabetes and using glycophace twice daily, doctor said to monitor suger levels and it came high bf 152 after fast 181. I do check randomly it was normal before,plz suggest my doctor doing right things ? Can I use saline and betsone injection at this time ? ..I'm really worried plz suggest.

Using saline and inj.betnesol is correct option.  You can use arginine sachets also along with this. And regarding your sugar levels, after taking inj.betnesol sugar levels usually raises so better to monitor sugar levels daily and to start inj.insulin.

Yes... That saline is to increase the AFI.  U can take betsone also for fetal lung maturity.... Believe ur doctor and follow the medicines given by ur doctor...
