Pregnancy info
My wife she used to get periods normally i.e, after 28 days but this month it got delayed 8 so we thought may due to pregnancy but we have checked at home with urine test, it was negative.
So she got period this month does this mean she did not conceived right ? Or is their any chance to get positive test if we check blood sample in lab ?
After pregnancy generally women will get periods ? or any exceptional case periods will be possible?

It's negative. But still to be sure, you can check blood for beta hCG
