Hello doctor my girlfriend period started on 19th of Feb ended on 23rd of Feb we had unprotected sex on 26th of Feb and she took I pill within 48 hours after 6 days of taking I pill she noticed dark brown bleeding spotting for 3days her periods wer going to come on 18th of march she miss her periods so we did pregnancy test which was negative so when she will get her periods back thankyou

This is the side effect of pill because pill contains high dose of progesterone we doctor can't predict when patient will resume period , cycle will be regular or not so wait and watch policy is good option.
