Sir kindly give me suggestion which type of milk better for pregnant women..from starting

In the first trimester it is better to take milk products like curd or paneer and skimmed milk if at all, because milk can cause gaseous bloated feeling (flatulence) .Whole or skimmed milk can be tried in the second and third trimester.
