Pregnancy following blighted ovum

I was diagnosed with blighted ovum and underwent abortion using pills on 15,May 2020. Now my home pregnancy test shows positive with LMP on 15,August 2020. I am taking tab.folvite as a supplement. I am concerned if I should take any other supplements coz of my previous abortion, or should I undergo any test. Kindly suggest me the tips of care.
