Dr I want to know the were it goes wrong even egg ruptured in rite tym n we had in relationship with the said tym but I didn't get pregnant were it goes wrong Dr on my first day of follicular study the egg size was 18.6mm X 18 mm the second day 23.4mm X 21.8mm tis al happens in rite ovary only then the egg ruptured .

Hey, failure to conceive is not always problem with eggs ,sperm count ,motility could also affect fertility, sperm analysis has to be done
