Hello Mr Kingston,
All the above mentioned eyedrops are lubricants..they are generally safe during pregnancy. But there is no need to use all three of them.. use only one eyedrop/lubricant. You can also go without using any of them , and take care of your eyes by reducing screen time, keeping cool compresses etc.
Health Tips
even lubricant drops have preservatives, so using too many for a long time can also increase the dry eye problem.
