Pregnancy evening nausea

Hi doctor . presently am 9 weeks pregnant, suffering with severe evening nausea with continuous vomiting and dizziness only in the evening...please let me know is it safe to take T doxinate tablate and how long does this sickness last?. I am using this tablate from last 4 days daily once and from then am feeling everything fine. And also is their any remedy to control vomiting sensation? I am little worried weather I can take it daily?. Please let me know.

Yes it is safe to take doxinate during pregnancy.nausea and vomiting of pregnancy id most common in first trimester that is up to 12 wks.after that it gradually subsided in 2 to 4 wks.you can take this medicine till then.
