8 weeks after sexual activity, what should the size of the uterus, myometrial echotexture, endometrial echo thickness and echotexture of a cervix according to an abdominal ultrasound be, IF pregnant?

8 weeks after sexual activity the gestational sac ,the fetus and cardiac activity all will be visible.. leave the size of uterus
