10 weeks after sexual activity, beta hcg levels through blood test was 1.702 mIU/ml. Ultrasound also didn't show any gestational sac. Does this confirm that pregnancy did not occur?

No pregnancy as of now with that reading of BHCG. Please consult a gynaecologist if you're anxious to conceive.
