Pregnancy doubt

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hi i am married since 7 months and planning for baby. I have pcod and on medication for 2 months now. I am on follicular study and on 12 th day i undergone scan and injected sifasi 5000 doctor told to have contact for 3 days but unfortunately we had contact for only 2 days which means we only had twice after infusing sifasi 5000. Will i get pregnant or not. Kindly give suggestion.
