I did a Serum HCG test today (15/11/2020) & the result was 230 mIU/ml. Am I surely pregnant? I've also missed my period by 5 days. I had taken duphaston for 10 days from 28th oct till 8th nov. Today is 15th Nov & no periods at all. I also did urine HCG tests from 3-4 days but they show a very faint positive line. That's why I actually took the serum HCG test. Please help me to know if this means I'm pregnant
