Pregnancy confusion

HI Doc, I wanted to discuss regarding my menstrual cycle. I had normal period on 25th March for 3 days and acc to my normal cycle of 28 days, it was next expected on 22nd April. I took norethisterone on 21st and 22nd april as i planned a holiday and went for horseriding on 23rd april and just got 4-5 hours bleeding on 23rd after that horse riding. Since i bled so i stopped taking the norethisterone. Due to all these changes, i took HPT on 27th April, and it showed positive. I am confused how can it be positive!! Kindly suggest as i always had protected sex and i dont want to continue this pregnancy as of now:(
