Pregnancy confirmed but in ultrasound.
Hello doctor this is my second baby after missed periods 8 days now in urine test came positive and beta hcg also 1483 but in ultrasound nothing is there is it normal or should I visit again for ultrasound let me know please.

There is nothing to worry as BetaHCG levels are below discriminatory zone

Only if HCG is more than 1500 IU gestational sac is seen in transvaginal scan and only if HCG is more than 2500 IU gestational sac is seen in transabdominal scan
