Pregnancy confirmation. Or not.

Hii..my lmp is 23 may..and my ovulation occured on 8 june...i am not at all feeling well from last 3 days..having issues like feeling of hollowness in stomach ,hollowness in pelvic area ..pain in lower abdomen that goes on and off..a lot of pricking sensation in nerves of hands ,feeling of rising urge to go to washroom in nearing few minutes..lower bck pain similar to the pain faced after bending for minutes and correcting posture..today is my 3rd day of such problems and i am feeling a kind of mixed feeling of dizziness with uneasiness ...frequent feeling of hungry..i was given hcg 5k on 6 june..my upt on 17 june showed a very very faint line..but bcoz of symptoms my upt done on 20 june showed a light pink line much clearly visible..attaching pic..doubtful if its pregnancy or not..plz check n guide me why these symptoms are troubling me ..my doctor advised me to wait n check again on 24 june..but these problems are compounding lot on me..finding it very difficult ..
