I had done urine test by instant mid stream HCG pregnancy test cassette, where two distinct red lines appeared one in control and the other in test region. So please confirm me that I am pregnant need more clarity in my confirmation is right or wrong

Yes u r pregnant if urine pregnancy test shows two lines
If you want to reconfirm either do a beta hcg blood test or else wait for 10days and do an ultrasound for fetal viability.
