Hi I am 30 weeks pregnant and i feel my weight and my tummy size is less which might me just my perception. can i know the weight increase nd tummy inch increase expected at this time.
Also i dnt have any sort of swelling on my face and feet and weaknss till now is it a problm or its good ??my tummy is soft nt hard ..

Hello there.
I would like to assure you that everything is normal. Is this your first pregnancy, then being a little anxious is normal.
During the whole period of pregnancy there should be a overall weight gain of 11 kgs so keep this in mind.
Your haemoglobin should be well above 10 and you should be taking proper rest. Rest all is fine, don't worry.
