Me and my Gf had a sex but the day before that sex day i did masturbation.And while having sex my penis didnt went inside her vagina because of my erectile dysfunction.But she said its went inside just once that also just the head of my penis and again came out.

Yes chances are there.Why ? Even prejaculate fluid also contains sperms so don't take any risk and take emergency contraceptive pill within 72 hours of intercourse otherwise it will not work.
