Pregnancy chance??

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Today morning, pregnancy test i done in my home! ( i took morning urin and two table spoon of salt and then i mixed my morning urin, result = urin turns to milky white! Is that positive result? Am i pregnant, Even sperm is not released inside vigina! Also i took i pill tablet !...after taking pill i bleeded for 7 days!... then how could it be positive ! I am worried !...please suggest me... 🙏🙏🙏
