Pregnancy and sugar

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Female, 29 31 weeks pregnant with twins. Gct done 75g 2hrs ,190mg/dl. Fbps 112, ppbs 172. Hba1c 5.9. advised diet for 3 days and repeat sugar 4th day. If still high advise hospital admission for insulin. Can we not take tablets to control sugar or insulin nesscary.

Sugar is high.. Don't ignore it sometimes needs insulin to manage.. You need proper care... If you ignore and continued it will have side effects on fetus.. So better to involve good physician and obstetrician in management and have trust in your doctor
