I take urine pregnancy test twice its positive and my gynec preffered me serum beta hcg tge level of the test is 139.00mu/ml . But i have no symptoms .Can I conformly pregnant or not

When was last period date? What is the repeat value of serum beta HCG. Usually one must see the trend in rise or fall.of serum beta HCG..Based on that I can give you a conclusive reply.
