Asked for Female, 21 Years

While sleeping with my partner his sperms just flow through my vulva. I wasn't sure if i may get pregnant so i took a tablet unwanted 72 in the morning. What would be the effects of that if i am really pregnant and what will be the effects if i am not pregnant and has still consumed it.
