Pregnancy and Abortion
My wife is 5weeks pregnant when we saw a gynae, Normal USG did not show the gestational sack however TVS showed the gestational Sac of 4mm. Consulted the doctor for abortion and doctor prescribed Mifegest Kit with dosage indication as
First Mifepristone then 48 hours later 2 Misoprostol(orally) and 12 hrs later 2 Misoprostol(orally).
She already had the kit completed but no bleeding occured, only mild cramps and light spotting with white/transparent discharge.
Mifepristone was taken on 24th,
2 Misoprostol orally was taken on 26th 48hrs later and then 2 Misoprostol orally 12hrs later.
Doctor suggested to see her 48hours later for any further treated.
Kindly suggest should we wait this long?
