My wife 7 month pregnancy her sgpt level 249... She is taking regularly  ursomax 300 tds livril forte BD but sgpt increases day by day...

Kindly consult a Gastroenterologist, your wife is pregnant, don't Take any chance please. Also Ursomax has got ZERO, I repeat ZERO role in decreasing SGPT.
