30 weeks pregnant and having low lying posterior placenta lower edge 18 mm from internal is. I have had a very tiny blood clot twice this week doctor has prescribed bed rest. I am worried is there any harm to my baby.

Make sure you live close to the hospital for immediate access. Complete steroids. Deliver by lscs. Don t worry about the clots. No sexual intercourse as will trigger bleed. Make sure of good movements. Bed rest does not treat /cure or reduce risk of bleed. But it may increase the risk of clots in you legs. You take one days a time and there is a high possibility you will be delivered before term. Good Luck
