My friend and his girlfriend had sex there age is 16, both are 16 years old, they had sex but the boy was wearing condom but it gone toung so I guess one or two drop of sperm went in, now will she be pregnant???

Yes if the condom got torn then chances of pregnancy are definitely there ,it further depends on the time when they had sex.
If she was in fertile period then definitely chances of pregnancy are there.
