Pregnancy(14 wks)-Thyroid
I am 14 weeks pregnant. I was diagnosed with thyroid. Last month (9 weeks pregnancy) , I had TSH test and thyroid level was 9.79 and I started thyronorm 100 mg. Now I had same test last week and this time TSH was 4.5. my question is can TSH level come so much down. Also should I continue 100 mg or reduce this dose? First test was done in evening while current was done in morning empty stomach. Please suggest what is ideal TSH level and what should I do Now

Hi. Tsh 4.5 is also high in pregnancy. You can see below the report itslf that it should be less than 3. Take medicines. You may need more dose.
