Pregnacy problem
I have my last period on 2 feb but till 23 march I have no period I checked and find a positive result than after that I visited to dr. She said do sonography after one week I did it on yesterday but in sonography report it showed only 6 week gastrulation period and dr asked if I had any bleeding et all . I said no; now I am very worried as dr. Said may be in one week u have bleeding if you don't have than come after week again I will take ultrasound . I want to asked if that is possible my baby is 6 week and because I did sexual intercourese in 2 march so I thought may be this conceiving on that day I am so worried and confused please help and advise.

Dont get confused so much..
If your doctor did not see cardiac activity or heart beat in scan till now then chances are there that you may go for a missed abortion thats why she explained you all these things.
