Thank you for your question. Since you have decided you do not want to continue with this pregnancy you need to see your gynaecologist to discuss options. There is medical and surgical option available with their related advantages and disadvantages. These need to be assessed in light of your medical history and duration of pregnancy on ultrasound. Generally if everything is low risk pregnancy up to 58 days can be terminated by medical method. 10% may still need surgical intervention for bleeding. The main reason for seeing your doctor is to discuss good contraception. Termination of pregnancy is not good contraception as it carries risks. Condoms are good for those couples who don't mind getting pregnant. ideally you need to start you contraception soon after the termination is complete. Your gynaecologist will guide you on this better. Please do not self medicate with OTC pills. This is not legal. Also you do not have access to help if something goes wrong. hope this helps
