I am preganant my 1st scan report is right ovarian cyst no.evidence in intrauterine gestation at the time of scanning that suggested come after 10 days to scan now 10 days over I can scan for the best result I get what is the problem can I explain elaborately

Your scan doesn't show that you are pregnant.
Many times in very early pregnancy gestational sac is not visible.
So they hv asked you to repeat a scan after 10 days.
Consult your gynaecologist for doing a beta hcg blood test too
