Preganancy Problem
I am visiting an experienced gynecologist since 1 year. I am married since 3 years. I have an abortion due to non developing of baby, this was in October 2014. I had a problem of PCOD but now after medication i am getting my Menstrual cycle on time, but than to unable to get preganant. Than Doc said to do ovolution cycle study which i have almost done 5 times and to take an injection to ruputure the eggs. But no results yet. he also did my husband sperm count test sperm count ws good ie. 69 millions but motality is low. He has given my husband two tablets for 3 months, after 3 months he did the test again but motality is still low. Now he said to do Hysterosalpingogram test to check if my uterus has any problem of blockage. Can you please tell me is there some problem with me or with my husband. As we is making me do n number of test which is very painful. Please advise should i consult with some other doctor. my aunt has recommended me DR PB PAI (Bombay hospital)

Hysterosalpingography or diagnostic hystero laparoscopy is needed at assess tube patency......if your husband has low sperm motility...you can benefit from IUI.....you can seek help of gynec who also has IUI lab..... After your tube patency is tested....and..if its patentyou may benefit from injections to cause ovulation combined with iui.... If your tubes are not patent you can go for IVF/icsi......which is colloquially called test tube baby
