My wife is in 5th month of her pregnancy, but still she is having bleeding (spotting ) . Iwe had check ed with our gynaecologist and our doctor Confirmed there is no spotting found inside during scanning, so far 3 times it had happened and no reason found when we visited the doctor . is this to be concerned ?

Spotting could be rarely due to some small lesion in the cervix. Ask u gynaec to rule out if she has not done so.
If there is no lesion in cervix then spotting could mean Threatened Abortion.
In that case u should take adequate rest....avoid all house work except for a little of cooking and table cleaning....cleaning the dishes....office work.
Ur gynaec must have given u progesterone to support the pregnancy and prevent Abortion.
