I and my partner are doubtful about pregnancy. It is unplanned. I have symptoms like stomach pain and back pain and constipation too. There is a lot of fatigue too. It should be the 3rd week. Does all these symptoms point to pregnancy in 3rd week.

In 3 rd week it is not that much obvious.Wait till 25 th day of period and do Bhcg test by blood.If comes positive means pregnancy is there and meet to gynaecologist for further details and assistance.
