Pregabid dosage for anxiety and insomnia
Hello, I have been prescribed pexep cr 25mg in the morning and pregabalin 150 mg at night. Pexep is fine but pregabalin only seems to work at 300 mg for me. I can sleep well with anxiety free at this dosage otherwise i wake up after 2 or 3 hrs at night. But i am concerned if this is high dosage for me? Can anyone please advise? Thank you.

Hey hi,  I would suggest taking pexep that is paroxetine 25mg  in the night which also has sedating property along with antidepressant and anxiolytic property. If still taking it at night is not improving than you can continue pregabalin at 300mg for few weeks than gradually reduce once your anxiety and depression Settles down. It's not about dosage, itc currently about getting your symptoms down than gradually decreasing dosage.dont worry
Health Tips
follow a sleep hygiene routine. try and avoid thinking too much about sleep.
