Prednisone Side Effects. Will be great.

I had predmet 4 mg for 2 days and that was 2 tablets each day. Then i was prescribed omnacortil tablets 40 mg for days then 30mg for 3 days then 20 mg for 3 days then 10mg for 3 days and then 5 mg for 3 days...i had 3 days 40 mg and 3 days 30 mg then i stopped it suddenly, beacuse i started feeling lightheaded, vision change and weakness from second day. I had my last medicine of 30mg on this monday and its been 6 days but nothing has changed. I always feel brain fog and lightheadedness and m weak sometimes. Is this happening because of the prednisone and is this its withdrawl symtoms. And is yes how long will i suffer with all this because i only had it for a week. Is it possible to face withdrawl symtoms on only being on a week dose of prednisone. A answer in yes or no will help a lot because m in real trouble m getting weak day by days...if someone can genuinely help will be great.
