Precum before Ivf sample

Asked for Female, 43 Years

I have egg collection tomorrow and my husband has to do his sperm at the same time ready to feralisebthe egg, they say no ejaculation 2 3 days before. I was getting my husband a little in the mood and some precum came out will this effect tomorrows fertalisation
