My mother has high BP. What are the necessary precautions to take before covishield vaccination and what measure to take after the vaccination. She is on BP tablet losar for more than 10 years.

It's completely safe to take vaccine with BP medication.
No special precautions needed; general precautions such as masking and distancing when getting the vaccine to be followed.
