What are the precautions for Sciatica. I'm facing difficulty in walking.the problem is b/w L5 and S1.I am undergoing treatment for several months and on bed rest for 4 months . how much time it can take to be fully cured and can it affect the muscles too?

Do not lift heavy objects. Do not bend down. Do not sqaut. Inspite of 4 months bed rest of the pain doesn't go please consult a neurosurgeon.
