Hie , my friend is chain smoker . Every one knows people can get affected by cancer due to smoking . What should a chain smoker should do avoid getting affected ?

Best option: Stop smoking and go for tobacco de addiction. With each subsequent year, his risk of cancer will reduce
Acceptable option: do 6 monthly or annual ct scan of chest with bloods. Chest xray not enough. If facilities for low dose ct scan available, that should be used. Discuss with your physician tat u see.
