Preauricular sinus
I'm 34yrs old male.
From past 2-3yrs I noticed fluid discharge from hole and itching some times.
Pls advise does it need any medicine to be applied to avoid infection?

This is preauricular sinus
As it is discharging , it is infected
So need antibiotics

U need consultation for antibiotics to tackle this infection and once the infection is cured u shd get it excised to avoid future infections
