Pre term delivery-low afi
Hi, I am 35 weeks 4 days pregnant. I have low afi of 6. Doctor says she might have to go for early delivery. Is delivery at 36 weeks safe? Is it mandatory to keep baby in NICU at this stage. I have been given steroid injection for lungs maturity.

Taking steroid injection is main thing which u hv got it done
I suggest better to do a Doppler scan to see how far baby s blood supply is there
U can do biweekly USG to keep an eye on AFI
And try to pull it till 37 weeks if Doppler is in control
Next Steps
start l arginine sachets , one packet in glass of water every day
