Can anyone please advice me on a good brand for the following tabs for pre pregnancy health?
1. Folic acid
2. Iron tablet (as I am slightly anaemic) and experiencing light periods of 2-3 days since my stillbirth a year back.
3. Multivitamin tabs
Currently I am following a healthy diet and exercise; trying to lose weight as I have non allergic rhinitis and had experienced early stillbirth a year and a half back. I am also on a weight loss plateau and finding difficult to lose weight. Kindly advice on this too.
