Pre periods
Ten days before to periods i saw bleeding a little,from the 7th day onwards its becomes normal.
If i walk long distances then next day periods will come unless its not a period time.sometimes it comes monthly twice.

Suggests gross hormonal imbalance. Get a basic USG done. From the next periods start Tab.ovral L from day 5. Once u stop the pack periods will come. Do this for next 3 months. The tabs are oral contraceptives, they would correct the problem
