I have prehyper tension .when ever i chec,k my bp it is around 130/80 ,if i check after 2 minutes it will be less than 120/80. What is my actual blood preasure. When i check after wakibg up it is 120/80. Why does bp increases as the day progresses.

120/80 is best . Eat less salt. Walk or jog for 45 minutes. Avoid salt or low sodium. No need of medicine yet
