Hi I am pre diabetic. Is there any chances if I am doing diet precautions to avoid diabetes. I am doing walking everyday.

Yes, 100% rightly said... Prediabetes can be reversed with life style changes - with regular walking more than 5 kms a day, eating lots of fiber in plate... And losing weight by 7%of your total body weight
